HISTORY OF TDCP
Tewkesbury (DC) Plating was established in 1971 to provide a Hard Chrome plating facility for the engineering market. Tewkesbury (DC) Plating has established long term customer relationships particularly in the fields of aerospace, hydraulics and metrology. In August 2000 the founder retired and the company was bought and restructured. A management team was put in place to lead the company into the 21st century and to further enhance customer service. In April 2010 we gained our NADCAP accreditation and have continued to gain accreditations since then.
ENGINEERED
Our facilities uniquely combine surface finishing operations alongside a well equipped machine shop able to carry out both precision cylindrical, centreless grinding and honing. The company is able to provide, not only pre and post plate grinding and honing operations, but also general grinding and honing thus widening the scope of services offered to its customers.
